I don't know how but I was able to purchase the fable 3 dlc through steam, I know it's real because it shows up in my library and everything
But refuses to show up in game I just wondered how do I get it to work I have removed GFWL for obvious reasons

just put files in the right place

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive\DLC
but steam probably install it somewhere else, I don't know
you can just download archives, look post above at my last link
